Managed care visits—such as wellness check-ups, medication refills, establishing care, and chronic care management—require scheduled appointments.

Walk-in visits, on the other hand, are intended for urgent matters like foster care intakes, general colds, ear pain, COVID, flu, and strep throat, as well as other immediate non-emergency care.

Telehealth visits are scheduled appointments.  If you have an urgent medical need, a walk-in visit will be best.

Yes, we have X-Ray capabilities at each of our clinics.

A PrimeCARE provider submits a referral to the PrimeCARE Referral Team. They gather the information from our clinic and submit patient documents to the specialty clinic. From there, the specialty clinic will likely make contact with you to schedule an appointment after reviewing your records. In certain situations, you may hear from the PrimeCARE Referral Team directly, but in most cases, the responsibility to communicate lies with the specialty clinic.

If you have a question about your referral, please call the clinic and speak to a referral team member.
