Aubrey Amatelli is the Founder & CEO of PayRio, the first payments provider exclusively focused on cannabis and alternative medicine businesses.
She began her career at J.P. Morgan within Merchant Services and, over the course of more than a decade, advanced to Executive Director Commercial Banker, where she specialized in technology and disruptive commerce in Silicon Valley. Her extensive fintech background has positioned her as a leading authority in cannabis and alternative payments.
Today, Aubrey is recognized as a thought leader at the forefront of financial innovation in highly regulated industries, driving forward compliant and scalable payment solutions for emerging markets.
She currently serves as Chair of the National Cannabis Industry Association’s (NCIA) Banking & Financial Services Committee for the 2025–2026 term, underscoring her leadership and ongoing commitment to advancing financial infrastructure within the cannabis industry.
