Patran 2018 (Classic) is a finite element pre- and post-processing application used to build, manage, and visualize simulation models for structural, thermal, and multidisciplinary analyses. The Classic edition provides the familiar Patran interface and workflow, enabling engineers to create and clean up geometry, generate high‑quality surface and solid meshes, define materials and properties, apply loads and boundary conditions, and set up connections and contact.
