In 2006, Eric Schulz joined forces with David and Chuck to become Patner’s Vice President. Today, he is a Principal.
He brings 21 years of construction experience, a degree in mechanical engineering, and a passion for the physical process of constructing projects. Eric specializes in Higher Education, Government, Medical, and Commercial Interiors.
With a Master’s degree in Engineering, Mr. Mobley has 19 years of construction experience and 12 years of construction project management experience. He has worked extensively in commercial interiors, building repositioning, international construction and Government contracts. Some of his recent projects include the Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal Protective Services and the White House. He excels in collaboration with people of all backgrounds and levels, including government clients, joint venture contractors, subcontractors and designers.
Patner’s Founding Member David Bredbenner originally established himself as a proven leader in the Aviation field, completing projects at all three DC area airports: Dulles, Reagan National, and BWI. With over 36 years of experience in the construction industry, David’s favorite part of the job continues to be that no day is the same, and getting to push yourself to overcome new, exciting challenges.
Less than 2 years after Patner was founded, Charles “Chuck” Mays joined David and expanded their expertise to include Historical Renovations, Civil Construction, Athletic Facilities, and Higher Education.
Chuck’s 40 years of experience began in residential construction and pivoted to commercial 23 years ago. Of all the aspects of his job, his favorite things about the industry are experiencing the project’s final product, and the incredible relationships that have lasted for 20+ years.
After obtaining an engineering degree from the Pennsylvania State University, Dawn Sheridan moved to the DMV where she began managing commercial construction projects, first in the field and then in the office as project manager and senior project manager. For the past 15 yrs, Dawn has been identifying and managing talent in general contracting as Director of Recruiting. She has placed hundreds of individuals in rewarding and successful roles in commercial construction. Dawn’s favorite part of the job is watching new recruits succeed and rise to new levels in the organization.
With a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Shah provides technical expertise to our project team. His attention to detail in estimating, project management and change management is a great asset. In addition to his technical abilities, he brings great strength to our team with 16+ year experience in providing construction management services for institutional facilities, healthcare facilities, religious centers, aviation sector, office interior fit-outs, MEP system work and task order work at airports.
