Naturalization

Naturalization
When you decide to naturalize with Pathways, our legal staff will prepare your N-400 Application for Naturalization and remain by your side as a valuable resource until your oath ceremony.
LPR Card Renewal
Apply to renew your LPR card six months before it expires.
LPR Card Renewal
A Permanent Resident Card is proof of your permanent resident status in the United States. It also serves as a valid identification document and proof that you are eligible to live and work in the United States.
DACA
Renew your DACA status and work authorization.
DACA
Pathways is currently only offering assistance with DACA renewals because USCIS is not currently processing initial DACA requests. The program requires that DACA status and accompanying work permit be renewed every two years.
Adjustment
Become a legal permanent resident or petition for a qualifying family member.
Adjustment
Pathways provides assistance with family based adjustment of status. Family-based adjustment of status means transitioning from a non-immigrant visa to permanent residency with the help of a family member or immediate relative.
TPS Application
Legally live and work in the U.S. while your home country recovers from crisis.
TPS Application
Temporary Protected Status (TPS) is a temporary immigration status granted to nationals of certain countries experiencing problems that make it difficult or unsafe for their nationals to return.
Citizenship Prep
Learn U.S. civics information and improve your English to prepare for your citizenship interview.
Citizenship Prep
Our citizenship prep program is intended to prepare you for the naturalization test by guiding you through key civic topics, U.S. History, and government principles. You'll gain a deep understanding of the material and improve your English skills through focused reading and writing practice.
