Cat Dunham is the CEO of PatchPlus Consulting Inc. Cat started PatchPlus in 2002 with a vision to bring together technical experts in the field to use their collective experience to continue to make a difference to the men and women in uniform. Her vision and unique business model facilitate think-tank-type solutions to address complex problems facing military decision-makers. One person alone provides a finite level of experience, but teaming our technical experts together exponentially increases our support to the warfighter. Cat is a retired USAF Intelligence Officer and graduate of the U.S. Air Force Weapons School. Cat has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University.

President
Merwin Tatel is the PatchPlus President. As the President, Merwin provides leadership to scale the business, enable the company to focus and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact on business performance, and guide the PatchPlus team of teams to advance organizational goals and engender trust across the company. Prior to becoming President, Merwin was the PatchPlus Chief of Staff. Merwin has over 20 years of military service. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and U.S. Air Force Weapons School.

Chief Operating Officer
Marty MacNabb is the COO and joined PatchPlus Consulting in October 2013. He brings over thirty-seven years serving in leadership roles in the United States Air Force and the defense and aerospace industry. His experience includes over 27 years as an officer serving in a variety of intelligence assignments at the squadron, group, wing, joint, and Headquarters Air Force levels. He also has four years of experience in nuclear and ground-launched cruise missile operations in Europe. Marty is a USAF Weapons School Graduate, and he holds Master’s Degrees in International Relations from Troy University, Alabama, Military Operational Art and Science from Air University, Maxwell AFB, AL, and Hemispheric Defense from the Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Additionally, he holds a B.S. degree in Military History from the United States Air Force Academy and an Associate’s degree in Spanish from the Defense Language Institute, Presidio of Monterey, CA.
