  3. Important: We will promptly confirm receipt of your cancellation via email in accordance with the current consumer protection guidelines of 2026. This confirmation serves as proof for you.

Note: To ensure the fastest possible processing of returned items, you can submit your return via our returns portal and will then receive a return label.
