Greg Gutek
Owner & President
Greg Gutek is the Owner and President of Partners Development Group, where he leads with purpose, passion, and a deep commitment to building communities that reflect the company’s mission to “Build a Better Life.” With a hands-on approach to leadership, Greg is actively involved in identifying new development opportunities, shaping the vision for each community, and guiding projects from concept to completion.
Rooted in small-town Saskatchewan with family farming values, Greg’s entrepreneurial journey began early. By 18, he had purchased his first home and launched a real estate rental business. At 20, he was operating both a crane and hauling service and a commercial restaurant franchise. By 21, he was building his first real estate project—laying the foundation for a career defined by growth, integrity, and impact.
Greg’s leadership is grounded in his faith-first philosophy, which guides every aspect of the company’s culture. He is committed to operating Partners as a values-driven organization—one that prioritizes character, honesty, and service. He believes in hiring people who share those values and in creating a workplace where purpose and professionalism go hand in hand.
Outside of work, Greg and his wife Tracy are proud parents to four sons who are now pursuing their education and beginning to apply their talents within Partners Development Group. Their involvement reflects Greg’s belief in nurturing leadership from within and building a legacy rooted in family and purpose.
He’s also an avid gardener, often sharing fresh produce from his backyard with the team—a small but meaningful gesture that reflects his commitment to growth, generosity, and character.
Greg is determined to leave a lasting legacy—not just through the homes and communities Partners builds, but through the lives it touches and the values it upholds.

Dennis Inglis
Vice President, Land Development
As Vice President of Land Development, Dennis brings over 25 years of leadership in shaping vibrant residential, commercial, and industrial communities across Western Canada and the United States. At Partners Development Group, he guides consulting teams and contractors through the full lifecycle of development—from entitlement to construction—ensuring each project is built with purpose, integrity, and long-term value.
Dennis has played a pivotal role in the creation of more than 30 thriving neighbourhoods, commercial centres, and industrial parks. His experience spans both private and public sectors, including land development for The City of Calgary and The City of Edmonton. Earlier in his career, Dennis helped drive rapid expansion for iconic Canadian brands like Tim Hortons and Wendy’s, achieving annual store growth of over 20%.
Rooted in deep industry knowledge and rising through decades of hands-on experience, Dennis is passionate about building communities that support better living. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated coach, avid fisherman, and lifelong athlete—whether on the baseball diamond, hockey rink, or training for a future Boston Marathon. His commitment to teamwork and perseverance mirrors the values he brings to every project.

Adam Jose
Vice President, Finance & Operations
Adam Jose serves as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Partners Development Group, where he oversees the financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term planning for the company’s residential and rental developments. With a strong background in real estate finance and construction operations, Adam plays a key role in ensuring the company’s growth is both sustainable and aligned with its mission.
Since joining Partners in 2021, Adam has helped guide the organization through a period of expansion, supporting the successful delivery of multi-family communities across Calgary and Okotoks. His leadership spans budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational oversight, ensuring that every project is executed with fiscal discipline,
Adam is known for his collaborative approach, analytical mindset, and commitment to building communities that reflect quality, affordability, and long-term value.

Dan Hippe
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Dan Hippe is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Partners Development Group, where he leads the strategic direction of sales, marketing, and customer experience across the company’s growing portfolio of multi-family communities in Calgary and Okotoks. With over 20 years of experience in residential real estate, Dan brings a strategic and customer-focused approach to sales leadership, brand development, and market expansion.
Prior to joining Partners Development Group, Dan held senior roles at Brookfield Residential, where he served as Senior Sales Manager for Residential Alberta and Sales Manager for Single Family Homes. His tenure at Brookfield was marked by successful community launches, team leadership, and a deep understanding of Alberta’s evolving housing market.
Dan’s career also includes experience in high-end renovations as General Manager at Thomson Luxury Living, where he oversaw custom residential projects and client relations.
A graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology, Dan combines technical expertise with a passion for creating communities that reflect quality, livability, and long-term value.

Ian Jensen
Director, High Density Construction
Ian is Director of High Density Construction at Partners Development Group, where he leads the execution of their large multi-family residential projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term value. With extensive experience in Calgary’s construction industry, Ian brings a deep understanding of high-density building practices and site operations.
Before joining Partners, Ian played a key role at Logel Homes, one of Calgary’s award-winning multi-family builders. There, he was instrumental in delivering several of the company’s signature condo and townhome developments.
At Partners, Ian oversees the construction of our condominium projects in both Okotoks and Calgary, ensuring that each project meets the company’s high standards for livability and sustainability.
Ian is known for his collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering homes that enhance the lives of Alberta families.

Christian Meyer
Director, Construction
Christian is Director of Construction at Partners Development Group, where he oversees the execution of multi-family residential projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and long-term value. With a deep career in Alberta’s construction industry, Christian brings a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to site operations and project delivery.
Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Project Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and has built a diverse portfolio of experience across both commercial and residential sectors. Prior to his current role, he held progressive positions at Partners including Production Manager and Project Manager, and previously worked with Chandos Construction, Clark Builders, and Elan Construction—gaining valuable insight into large-scale project coordination and contractor management.
Christian’s leadership is grounded in a commitment to building better communities through collaboration, integrity, and attention to detail. His experience also includes time in hospitality and operations management at Crystal Ridge Golf Club in Okotoks, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership.
