“Iciar, S.A.” is founded, at the request of 16 neighbours, for the urbanization of the business park.

The owners of the Park found the Itziar-Deba Industrial Complex Preservation Committee (Entidad Urbanística de Conservación del Parque Empresarial Itziar Deba) with the purpose of preserving the common spaces and services of the urban complex.

The surface of the Park currently spans across 728.038,62m2, and the common areas to preserve by the Committee amount to 120.050,20m2.
The Committee holds possession over some terrains amounting to 19.932 m2.
Over a hundred companies have found its home in the Park, including automotive, machine tool, office software, chemistry, etc.
