About ParaZero Technologies

Mr. Alon is an experienced executive with a proven track record of leading and managing high-performing local and global business teams across multiple sectors, including unmanned aircraft systems, finance, high-tech, defense, government ministries, and distribution companies in Israel, the U.S., EMEA, and APAC.

Since 2023, Mr. Alon has served as the Chief Sales Officer of Aerodrome Group and the chief executive officer of its subsidiary, Aerodrome LTD. From 2020 to 2023, Mr. Alon held the position of vice president of sales and general manager for Israel at Voyager Labs, an AI cybersecurity company, where he directed the company’s sales strategies, business development initiatives, marketing efforts, complex projects, and significant tenders.
From 2019 to 2020, Mr. Alon was the Israeli country manager for Atos (EPA: ATO), a multinational information technology service and consulting company, where he managed all of the Israeli operations and facilitated the expansion of global operations through innovative solutions developed in Israel.

Mr. Alon held various senior business development and sales roles at several defense, cybersecurity, and technology companies, including Elbit Systems (NASDAQ: ESLT) and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. Mr. Alon earned a B.A. in business administration and an M.B.A. in finance and marketing, from the Ruppin Academic Center in Israel.

From 2017 to 2021, Mr. Livne served as the chief financial officer of Votiro, where he raised capital and supported the growth of the company into North America and Asia. From 2016 to 2017, Mr. Livne served as the chief financial officer of SCR Engineers Ltd. Prior to these roles, Mr. Livne held various positions in the finance departments of other companies, including 3M Attenti, where he supported the integration into 3M, and Dmatek Ltd., which was previously listed on the London Stock Exchange. He also served as a senior accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Israel, where he audited a wide range of companies, including publicly traded and privately held companies.

Mr. Livne is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel and holds a Masters Degree in Finance and Management as well as a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting, from the Israeli College of Management.

ParaZero Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining ParaZero, Mr. Aviram led the sales and marketing for Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), one of the world’s largest manufacturers for drones.
Mr. Aviram has over 15 years of experience and brings a unique set of skills for international sales and marketing. Mr. Aviram is fluent in both English and Spanish; he finalized very large contracts and has led legal and financial negotiations around the globe. During his military service, Mr. Aviram served in Israel’s Air Force as a staff officer.
Mr. Aviram holds a B.A. in Political Science from University of Haifa.

Mr. Yasovsky is an experienced executive with over 20 years of hands-on experience in R&D leadership, where he has driven innovation across electro-optics, machine vision, embedded systems, and medical devices, spanning both global tech giants and deep-tech startups, and led multidisciplinary teams from concept through mass production.

From 2022 to 2024, Mr. Yasovsky served as an Open Innovation at Samsung Electronics in Israel where he introduced new products and solutions to enhance the company’s competitive edge in the tech market and managed collaboration processes with partners, ensuring successful implementation of innovative technologies. In addition, from 2020 to 2024, Mr. Yasovsky served as an Evaluator for the Israeli Innovation Authority where he evaluated high-impact investments in R&D and vision systems, guided companies in scaling their R&D efforts and assisted early-stage and mid-sized businesses with go-to-market strategies, enhancing their project management capabilities.

Prior to these roles, Mr. Yasovsky served as the CEO and Co-Founder of SensoGenic Ltd. and also held R&D leadership roles at Kornit Digital Ltd. (Nasdaq: KRNT), Intel Corporation (Nasdaq: INTC), Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL), PrimeSense (prior to its acquisition by Apple) and Elbit Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq: ESLT). Mr. Yasovsky earned a B.Sc. in electrical and electronic engineering from Tel Aviv University (Israel) and received a certificate from the U.S.-Israel Innovation Bridge Leadership Executives Program at The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.
