To reduce operator strain and improve workflow, the Apache includes a standard flipper for conventional pallets and an optional side flipper for oversized builds. The side flipper significantly reduces one of the biggest stress points in handling heavy, wide-format pallets.
Its innovative nail detection system removes the need for manual firing pen adjustments, making every setup quicker and more reliable. Each Apache also comes equipped with Pallet Chief’s deluxe dual board stackers, enabling easy loading of two different board sizes. Once the desired pallet dimensions are selected, the machine can begin the assembly cycle with a single button touch—simple, efficient, and production-ready.
