Rules

1. It is strictly forbidden to invoke religious, racist, political or moral values in the game. We are all human beings.

2. It is forbidden to mention or promote other servers within Painite.

3. Selling any in-game accounts, items or gold for real money results in a permanent ban without warning.

4. If you disparage the game on global or try to provoke people, you will be punished. Keep drama out of the in-game chat.

5. If you trade items or anything else without a moderator or supporter and you get scammed, it is not our responsibility. Lost items will not be restored.

6. It is strictly forbidden to impersonate any Painite Staff Member or Position, both in-game and on external platforms.

7. Never share your account information with anyone. If you have an issue, we only ask for your character name.

8. Exploiting any in-game bug to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

9. Abusing trade goods in any form is not allowed. Job boosting is considered abuse.

10. A successful refund or chargeback will result in a permanent ban from the server.

11. Interfering with Painite Staff while they are helping other members will not be tolerated.

12. Any kind of offensive or NSFW names or images are not tolerated. This includes characters, pets, guilds and guild emblems.

13. Ignorance does not protect you from punishment. It is every player’s duty to read the rules.

14. Rules may change or new rules may be added over time. Please keep this in mind and review the rules regularly. We will make an announcement.

15. AFK botting and buffs in trace mode during the Fortress War or inside the Fortress are forbidden. This applies to all other events as well.

Final Note
Ignoring or trivializing these rules shows a lack of respect for the server and will result in consequences.
