REWIRE 2026 — Conversation and listening session with Sary Moussa and Abed Kobeissy

    What: listening session and conversation
    When: Friday 10 April, 13:45-14:45
    Where: Page Not Found

Page Not Found is honoured to invite Sary Moussa as a special guest for the 15th edition of Rewire as part of our ongoing collaboration with the festival. Join us on Friday 10 April at 13:45 for a special afternoon!

Sary Moussa’s work and collaborative projects shape sound into a space where cultural memory, vulnerability, and experimentation coexist with rare emotional clarity. Ahead of his performance at Rewire, Sary joins Abed Kobeissy—his long term collaborator, for an intimate listening session and open conversation at Page Not Found.

Conceived as a shared space for attentive listening and reflection, the session unfolds between played excerpts, fragments, references, and dialogue. Participants are invited to engage deeply to listen beyond melody, genre, and the visible structures of performance and to consider music as a site where identity, method, and environment resonate together.

Sary Moussa is a musician who has been an active member of Beirut’s underground scene for around two decades. Specialising in sound design and textural experimentation, Moussa’s work spans drone-driven electro-acoustic compositions to dance-floor electronics.

Abed Kobeissy is a Beirut-based musician, composer, and producer working across contemporary music, performance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Centering the buzuq within experimental and contemporary contexts, his work explores an unapologetically confused present-day Levant, drawing from urban sonic environments.

    Wanneer: Vrijdag 10 april, 13:45
    Waar: Page Not Found

REWIRE 2026 — Book Launch: Open Field Listening Station by Femke Dekker

    What: Book launch
    When: Sunday 12 April, 17:00-18:00
    Where: Page Not Found

We are proud to invite you to the festive launch of “Open Field Listening Station” by Femke Dekker! Join us during Rewire on Sunday 12 April at 17:00 to collectively celebrate the launch of the book co-published by Page Not Found and Osàre! Editions.

The launch takes shape as a listening set that materializes the book’s research, followed by a public dialogue on listening as practice, method, and politics.

Femke Dekker (also known as Loma Doom) has long been immersed in both sound and education. Across lecture halls, archives, festivals, art galleries, independent radio stations, and dance floors, she orbits a central question: What if listening itself were an artistic practice? What might unfold when listening becomes method, medium, and material?

The book Open Field Listening Station takes shape around these ideas. Presented as a collaboration between Page Not Found and the record label Osàre! Editions, the text originates from Dekker’s graduation thesis for the Master Education in Arts at the Piet Zwart Institute, Rotterdam. Drawing on the work of scholars and artists—most notably Pauline Oliveros—Dekker approaches listening as a call to action: a way of tuning into one’s surroundings, one’s body, and the urgencies that contour our political and social worlds.

Femke Dekker is a sound-practitioner whose core-practice, both as an artist and as educator, revolves around listening. Under the artist moniker Loma Doom, her signature style revolves around electronic experimentalism, both for mind and movement. She seeks the outliers, avoiding linearity, towards a space where intuition and understanding meet.

She holds radio residencies at Stranded FM (with her show Daydream Nation), Radio Tempo Não Pára (with Helter Skelter), and Echobox (with Left of the Dial), and has performed at influential spots such as Salon Des Amateurs, Meakusma, and Cafe Oto, amongst many others.

As a contemporary arts educator, she has been a (guest) tutor at Sandberg Instituut in Amsterdam, Design Academy Eindhoven, and currently teaches within the Fine Arts Department of the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague. She is an artistic research fellow for the Amsterdam-based Visual Methodologies Collective.

All Rewire events at Page Not Found are free and open to the public. No festival ticket is needed to attend.

    Wat: Boeklancering
    Wanneer: zondag 12 april, 17:00
    Waar: Page Not Found

Editions.
