our sourcing journey
born and raised on oahu, founder brady yee has deep ties in the hawaii design and hospitality industry. in 2001, brady and his wife aubrey founded indo trading co. llc to import custom indonesian antiques and furnishings for wholesale to designers and developers.
by 2004, they expanded operations, founding pacific home inc., a highly successful, high-end 10,000 sq. ft. showroom in honolulu. in 2006, they opened pacific home studio inc., a boutique interior design firm that completed projects like the royal hawaiian shopping center, hokua condominiums, and numerous luxury private residences.
this deep, multi-layered background in wholesale procurement, retail showrooms, quality control, and regional import/export led to the foundation of pacificcontract in 2007.
