Please note that we do not provide refunds after the 7-day period has expired. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.

We Realise Refund If…

• If our support team is unable to resolve the problem, you are entitled to a refund.
• If the product you have purchased is not functioning as described in its details or has become defective after installation, we will replace or refund it.
• In the event that we cannot resolve the issue, we guarantee a full refund of your payment.

We Don't Refund If…

• If you have decided to change your mind for no reason.
• If you find our product is not suitable for your needs. We won't allow refunds because we already provide a live demo trial with all PRO & FREE features.
• In case you discover that your hosting service fails to meet the WordPress requirements or refuses to update the PHP and MySQL versions, you may encounter certain issues.
• In case you are having issues due to 3rd party plugins.
• If you are requesting a refund after 7 days you won't get a successful refund realized.
