+ TERMS OF SERVICES +
We will take the project and reserved a slot until we have confirmed details with the client and have a proper PSD.
I have the right to refuse a commission application or request that I can't work on.
In most cases, we will not rig a previously rigged model. There are rare exceptions, and in those cases, we require permission from both the model artist and the original live2D rigger.
We require mostly 3 - 5 weeks window for finishing the project. This window starts when we begin the project. Complicated models require more times.
Live2D project files for the model will not be given to the client, unless IHaTi does not continue to pursue his rigging career; in that case the files will be sent to the client.
Additional outfits and hairstyles will vary in price depending on how different they are from the original model, as well as the number of parts/layers. If possible, we ask for the pose of the alternate outfit to be the same as the original outfit, for the highest efficiency.
In some cases, additional outfits or hairstyles will have to be scheduled at a later time, apart from the original model's rigging.
There's a possibility that we will use your model for testing or tutorial video purposes.
Prices might change depend on the details (hats, headphones, hoodies, armors, etc.).
Payment must be paid upfront 50% or full before we begin to work on the part of the project and another 50% before the project is finished.
In some cases, any major changes that the client may wish after the work has been completed, will require additional charges or refused to prevent scheduling conflicts.
In some cases, we cannot accept requests that are beyond our capabilities.
In most cases, I don't do art and layering fixes. But, I'll recommend you to contact our Live2D modeller to get your PSD fixed if you didn't get chosen. Link in the Team section. There will be additional cost if the model isn't "Live2D ready" and decided to take on our PSD repair service.
We will only accept commissions when we plan to re-opening it again. Any PSD examination outside the re-opening weeks will incur a fee.
We work based on schedule and don't accept any rush fee.
In most cases, the provided art should be in a default position, looking straight forward, have the face parts drawn with symmetry and character's face being perfectly centered on the canvas.
I only accept models with unique positions if the neatness and simplicity of the model meet the requirements.
In some cases, I don't accept revisions mid-progress if a guide or notes aren't provided. So please provide your details about the model on a note or PDF so that progress goes smoothly.
There is a possibility that we will work on your request on a livestream. An additional fee reduction will be canceled if the client forbids their model to be livestreamed.
Please do note that we can't refunds the payment when model is halfway completed.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to continue the progress, the funds will be fully refunded.
Communication and further updates regarding the commission will be done via Twitter or Discord Direct Messages.
I can only accept payment through Wise for international or BCA for domestic payment.
I will contact you if I accept your application or if I require more information.

Payments
Working time is 1 month MINIMUM. (could be faster or slower depending on complexity, revisions, IRL situations, etc. (I will always inform the client if something came up)
Process : Payment > Sketch Confirm > Sketch Color Confirm2nd Payment(optional) > On Progress Final Check before delivery.
I will send all progress on your discord DM. (My Discord : kyleralzura) No need to reply each of them, just react on the progress picture so i know you saw my progress! Please mention me if there's any revision. I will NOT continue my progress if there's no response (react / comment for revision) on my progress picture!
I will always contact you in 48 hours for any questions through discord (most active!) or any of social media DMs that I have available.
For Indonesian clients : Local bank payment is available, rate is USD price x Rp 14.000. Contact me through Discord or Twitter(X) DMs to order!.
No refund for backing out on a paid waitlist or when I have started working. You may cancel your commission if no payments has been made.
Payment must be made through built-in payment systems upfront. If the commission price is over +500 USD you may pay half initial and half when i started working.
Additional price rises depending on complexity of the request.

You ( as the client ) DO have the right to publish / upload your commissioned art from me to any platform (credit is very appreciated).
You (as the client) DO NOT have the right to edit / render the piece that you bought from me.
You (as the client) ARE NOT allowed to resell the commissioned pieces as NFT.
Other people besides you(the client) and me(the artist) DO NOT have any right to publish / upload the commissioned art to other websites unless they have my/ client's permission.
I DO NOT ALLOW MY ARTWORKS TO BE USED FOR AI TRAINING.
