I am an English teacher. Just an English teacher. I don’t have any other titles. I’m not certified by Google, and Apple don’t think I’m distinguished. But I do have a rather messy desk.

Please accept my apologies for the direct contact but I see from your blog that you are passionate English Teacher. Hence, I thought I would take this opportunity to contact you regarding a new venture and where wondering whether or not you could potentially be involved.
We are creating a dedicated audio service for education. The service includes the creation and delivery of a series of highly focussed podcasts which guide students through the learning and examination of their subject. The podcasts are being produced by a range of academics, exam board examiners and teachers. The key advantage of our podcasts is that they are available to students whenever as they can access them through their phone and computer, and they can listen again and again if they so wish. We have had extremely encouraging feedback from the market research we have carried out so far and have some very good names involved, including exam board examiners and academics from leading universities.
We are in the process of expanding our cohort of teachers was wondering if you be interested in getting involved or knew of anyone who would. The contributors receive a commission of sales, and obviously we would highlight their contribution through the website, which is due to launch in mid October (our current website is a holding website where podcast recordings can be made).
If you would like any further information I would be delighted to talk it through with you and/or send some additional information, including podcast examples.
Many thanks
Jonathan
Hi,
Thanks but if you are selling these, I’m probably not the right person to ask. I’d be quite uneasy about selling resources to kids which I could quite easily give away.
James
Hi James I was wondering how I can upload to you a interactive ppt of The Elements of Language Periodic Table you designed for your approval and any other suggestions.
Hi Chris – sounds interesting. You don’t need my approval though! I’d love to have a look at it, however. You can email it to me at jamesntheobald@googlemail.com.
