Our app will enable you to: - Fill out forms and sign documents, prior to your appointments - Schedule appointments - Receive reminders for upcoming appointments, procedures, and surgeries - Receive pre-operative and post-operative instructions and reminders - Avoid wait times on the phone - Communicate directly with our clinical staff - Track personal health-related information - Correspond with health care providers via telemedicine video conferences The OrthoNC mobile app is NOT to be used for urgent matters. In the case of a medical emergency, please call 911.
