At Orpetron, we take pride in our rigorous evaluation system, meticulously designed to provide the most accurate and fair assessment of your website. Our process combines advanced automation with the expertise of a highly selective jury, ensuring that each submission is evaluated with professionalism, precision, and care.
Expert Jury, Not Public Voting
Unlike other platforms, Orpetron does not rely on public voting. Only qualified, hand-picked jury members—experienced professionals in web design, development, and user experience—are authorized to review submissions. This ensures that every evaluation is grounded in expertise rather than popularity or external influence.
Automated Integrity Checks
Our system safeguards fairness by automatically filtering reviews that deviate significantly from the overall scores a website receives. This ensures consistency and eliminates outlier scores that could distort the evaluation, providing a true reflection of your website’s quality.
Core Evaluation Criteria
The Orpetron evaluation process focuses on three essential pillars:
- Usability: Evaluates the intuitiveness, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Design: Measures creativity, visual appeal, and aesthetic coherence.
- Development: Examines technical execution, functionality, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
Each criterion is scored on a scale of 1 to 10.
Final Score Formula
The final score is calculated as the average of the Usability, Design, and Development scores, ensuring a balanced and fair assessment.
Evaluation Process
After submitting your site, our jury conducts a comprehensive evaluation, assessing user experience, design aesthetics, innovation, accessibility, animation, performance, mobile optimization, and technical implementation.
The evaluation typically takes up to 10 working days. Once completed, you will receive an email with your final score. For Professional and Extended submissions, websites scoring above 7/10 are awarded the Orpetron Web Design Appreciation Certificate, recognizing excellence in web design.
Each day, the highest-scoring website among certificate winners is honored as the Site of the Day, receiving a dedicated certificate and featured visibility on our platform.
At the end of each month, the top three Sites of the Day are awarded the Site of the Month Certificate, gaining prestige, exposure, and industry recognition.
At the close of each year, the top three Sites of the Month receive the Site of the Year Certificate, the ultimate accolade highlighting exceptional talent, innovation, and contribution to web design.
