All the the flows and workouts are focused on not only improving your posture but also toning your body with modifications in mind for anyone with back pain or Scoliosis. Organically Grounded was created by Marlaina Pate, who struggled for years to find a workout that her body responded positively due to her sever Scoliosis curve. She started combining the practice of Pilates and yoga - creating a low impact workout fusion called “The OG Method”. This method allowed her to tone her body while keeping her scoliosis curve mobile and body feeling great!
