Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires state and local government entities to make their services, programs, and activities accessible to the public. It also establishes the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.1 Level AA as the technical accessibility standard required for their web content and mobile applications (“apps”).
