CAST is a county public-private partnership of Orange County’s Social Services Agency, the Health Care Agency, the District Attorney’s Office, and the non-profit Orange County Child Abuse prevention center. It was formed to decrease the trauma for abused children and their families by offering a coordinated child-friendly approach to child abuse investigations.

As a victim, you have the right to be notified of the availability of community-based restorative justice programs/processes which are available to you. These include programs which serve your community, county, county jails, juvenile detention facilities, and the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Mothers Against Drunk Driving

The MADD Victim Impact Panel helps drunk and drugged driving offenders to recognize and internalize the lasting and long-term effects of substance-impaired driving. The classes seek to create an empathy and understanding of the tragedy, leave a permanent impression that leads to changes in thinking and behavior, and prevents future offenses.
