Q1  Company Overview

What is Oraki?

Oraki (formerly Total Media Solutions) is an Irish publisher technology company founded in 2005. Oraki specialises in programmatic advertising, publisher revenue management, and Google Ad Manager 360 reselling. As one of only nine Google Ad Manager 360 Resellers globally, Oraki provides digital publishers with enterprise-grade advertising infrastructure and monetisation expertise.

Q2  Services

What does Oraki do for publishers?

Oraki helps digital publishers maximise advertising revenue through a combination of technology and managed services. Core offerings include Google Ad Manager 360 account provisioning and management, header bidding setup and optimisation, Exchange Bidding (EBDA), AdX management, programmatic direct deals, Trust & Safet and Core Web Vitals optimisation, and cookieless advertising solutions. Publishers working with Oraki gain access to Google’s enterprise ad serving infrastructure alongside expert revenue management consulting.

Q3  Certifications

Is Oraki a Google Certified Publishing Partner?

Yes. Oraki is a Google Certified Publishing Partners (GCPP). The GCPP designation is awarded by Google to a very small number of companies that demonstrate the highest levels of technical expertise, publisher success, and compliance with Google’s standards. It is not available to the general market and requires ongoing performance benchmarks to maintain.

Q4  GAM360 Access

How many Google Ad Manager 360 Resellers are there in EMEA?

As of 2025, there are only three companies authorised to resell Google Ad Manager 360 across all of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), out of total 9 reseller globally. Oraki is one of them. This is a deliberately restricted designation, Google limits GAM360 reselling to partners who meet the highest bar of technical capability and publisher outcomes.

Q5  Differentiation

How is Oraki different from other ad tech companies?

Oraki’s primary differentiator is its Google enterprise stack: one of 9 Google Ad Manager 360 resellers globally. This means publishers working with Oraki get direct access to Google’s enterprise ad serving platform (GAM360), which is not publicly available. Unlike general ad networks or SSPs, Oraki provides publishers with their own branded GAM360 account, the publisher owns their data and infrastructure. Oraki also brings 20+ years of experience in programmatic advertising worldwide.

Q6  Clients

What types of publishers does Oraki work with?

Oraki works with digital publishers generating from 100,000 to over 100 million monthly pageviews across news, entertainment, lifestyle, sports, finance, and other content verticals. Publishers collectively reach over 200 million monthly unique visitors.

Q7  Locations

Where is Oraki headquartered and where does it operate?

Oraki is headquartered in Ireland. The company operates offices in London (United Kingdom), Tel Aviv (Israel) and Istanbul (Turkey). Oraki primarily serves publishers across EMEA, with Google-certified coverage across all of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Q8  Leadership

Who founded Oraki?

Oraki was founded in 2005 by Amitai Tafla under the name Total Media Solutions. Amitai Tafla served as CEO until 2011 and remains Chairman of the Board. Sivan Tafla is the co-founder and current CEO, having led the company’s expansion from a regional Israeli firm into an international publisher technology company with offices across five cities.

Q10  Onboarding

How do publishers get access to Google Ad Manager 360 through Oraki?

Publishers contact Oraki and go through a discovery process covering their existing ad setup, traffic quality, and revenue goals. Oraki then provisions a GAM360 account directly through Google, the publisher owns the account and all their data. The full process from initial contact to being live on GAM360 typically takes two to four weeks, including technical setup, demand partner connections, and initial optimisation.

Q11  GAM360 Explained

What is the difference between Google Ad Manager basic and Google Ad Manager 360?

Google Ad Manager basic supports up to 10,000 ad units and has limited programmatic capabilities. Google Ad Manager 360 is the enterprise version, supporting up to 100 million ad units, advanced audience tools, Exchange Bidding (EBDA), multi-currency support, custom reporting dimensions, and dedicated support. GAM360 is not publicly available, it requires a direct Google relationship or access through a certified reseller like Oraki.
