I’m Ginny Robertson, founder of the On Purpose Woman Global Community, where women from around the world come together to connect to their gifts, their purpose, and each other.
I create heart-centered spaces, through my Connections On Purpose gatherings both online and in Columbia, MD, where conversations go
deeper, relationships are real, and women are supported in being seen, heard, and fully expressed.
I’m also a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and the founder and publisher of On Purpose Woman Magazine, a global platform for women’s voices and stories. I’m the Lead Author of On Purpose Woman: The Complete Holistic Guide for Spiritual Entrepreneurs and the host of the Real Women Real Purpose Talk Show on YouTube, where I spotlight women living and leading with purpose.
Everything I do is guided by a simple belief: when women are supported in stepping into who they truly are, they don’t just change their own lives, they help shift the world.

I’ve been part of the On Purpose Woman Global Community since 2020, offering administrative support and social media content creation as a virtual assistant. Since 2024, I’ve served as Creative Director of On Purpose Woman Magazine.
Through my business, Project Outsource, I provide tailored support to businesses and organizations, helping clients focus on what they love to do. I hold a Communications degree from American University in Washington, D.C.
