Accessibility Statement
Optimile NV is committed to making our software platform, web app, and mobile applications accessible to all users, regardless of disability. We strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), as transposed into applicable national laws, including relevant Belgian legislation.
Conformance status
We are currently partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some parts of our content do not yet fully conform to the standard, as detailed below.

- Ad hoc app: Web app for ad hoc charging sessions.
- Charging app: Mobile app for charging locations and sessions.
- CPO/MSP platform: Software platform for charging point operators (CPO) and mobility service providers (MSP).
Known accessibility issues & timelines
We are actively working to resolve identified barriers. Target dates are estimates based on current technical assessments. Should any remediation impose a disproportionate burden or require fundamental alterations, we will update this statement and provide accessible alternatives in the interim.

Commitment to continuous improvement
We are building an internal Design System grounded in WCAG 2.1 AA to ensure future components and updates are accessible by default. Our teams receive regular training on accessibility best practices, and we conduct periodic audits and user testing to maintain compliance. This statement is reviewed and updated at least annually or when significant platform changes occur.
