KChat Analytics

Under the KChat Dashboard on the left side, you can find the Analytics, Chat Logs, and Leads tabs.

In the Analytics tab, you can track your quota for your plans.

Each month, you are assigned a number of queries. If you reach your limit before the end of the month, you will need to either upgrade or wait until the next month.

In the near future, we will offer the option to purchase additional responses when you run out.
