Our Staff

Bryan Weight

Executive Director

I wake up each day knowing that the work we do at Operation Light Shine truly changes lives. As a leader, I believe our responsibility is to stand in the gap where others can’t, to equip and empower our law enforcement partners, and to shine a light of hope into places that desperately need it. This mission is deeply personal to me. I want my life’s work to help build a future where every child is protected, every community is stronger, and where the most vulnerable know they are not forgotten.

Alina Donahue

Director of Strategic Partnerships

As a survivor of human trafficking, I carry a deep fire inside me, a drive that comes from knowing what it feels like to be powerless without someone fighting on your behalf. My heart is fiercely protective of every child and every victim who still needs to be found, heard and fought for. I will always stand with law enforcement because at the end of the day, they were the ones who once saved me. I do this work because I know the cost of inaction. Operation Light Shine represents action, collaboration, law enforcement support, real rescues and real solutions. I am here because I believe every victim deserves a chance at freedom, every child deserves protection and every community deserves the truth. My purpose is to help build a world where exploitation has nowhere left to hide.

Suzanne Wyatt

Director of Business Administration

Every day, I’m reminded that even the smallest role in the fight against child exploitation and human trafficking can help save a life. As the Director of Business Administration at Operation Light Shine, I handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our mission running by managing nonprofit compliance, HR, and financial operations so our team and partners can stay focused on the fight. It’s both humbling and deeply motivating to know that collectively our work helps equip our INTERCEPT Task Force law enforcement partners with the tools they need to rescue victims and take down networks of exploitation. Protecting the vulnerable is a shared responsibility, and I’m honored to do my part as a member of this extraordinary team.

Nathan Cluck

Marketing Director

I have always been driven to make an impact, and through my work in my community and in Hurricane Helene disaster relief efforts across Western North Carolina, it lit a fire in me to pursue more, do more, and help more—which led me to Operation Light Shine. Serving in those moments of crisis deepened my conviction to step into hard places and support those in need, and I’m honored to now be part of a mission focused on action, collaboration, and real solutions that help protect children and equip law enforcement on the front lines.
