Overview
For new Partners to be well-equipped to face the challenges of a rapidly changing professional services environment, they must demonstrate the key skills, behaviours and mindset to guarantee the continued success of the firm and to secure its future.
Some professionals appear to have been promoted for technical expertise and excellence. Often, they have not had the opportunity to develop the key skills and behaviours required to be an effective leader, and to fully understand the impact of their individual contribution to the broader interests and future success of the firm.
The programme includes personal assessment and feedback, a series of training modules with follow-up coaching sessions to ensure that participants have the opportunity to develop and refine the core skills, behaviours and mindset essential for success.

Woven into the programme design is an understanding of the dynamics of a professional services partnership-based environment and the need to align the way that Partners represent the firm externally, embody the culture internally and create a legacy to ensure the future success of the firm. Each topic will be explored in the context of its interaction with the external environment (clients and experts) as well as the internal environment in respect of relationships with colleagues, team members and more senior colleagues.
