About

OpenChrom is an open source software for mass spectrometry and chromatography. Its goal is to offer a flexible platform both for laboratories as well for educational purposes. The application is bases on Eclipse RCP, hence it can be easily extended by plug-ins. Mass spectrometry data is supported at the moment, but it’s planned to support further formats and detectors like FID (Flame ionization detector) in the future too.
