 This introductory workshop is designed for individuals who want to explore how shame has shaped their relationship with pleasure and sexuality, and begin the process of reclaiming their authentic selves.

A deeply reflective workshop that helped participants process grief in its many forms—whether through the loss of a loved one, relationships, identity, or life transitions. Through group discussion, writing prompts, and guided meditation, we created space to acknowledge pain and foster healing.
