On The Mend is dedicated to fostering vibrant workplace environments for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises through holistic wellness programs that benefit both individual employees and the businesses they power.

We believe in cultivating a culture where wellness and professional success are intertwined, ensuring that every initiative not only enhances employee health and morale but also contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the organization.

Our mission is to foster a thriving remote work culture where every individual excels, driving businesses forward with a health-focused, engaged, and resilient virtual team.

Our VisioN

Building Healthier Businesses, One Team at a Time

In the tapestry of tomorrow’s workplaces, wellness becomes the cornerstone, reshaping how we support and connect with every team member. We envision a shift towards cultures rich in care, where health and heartfelt connections are paramount, marking a new era in business values. It’s a future where companies excel by fostering genuine connections, ensuring every individual feels seen, valued, and supported.
The Heart Behind Your Wellness

Our Team

Meet the team dedicated to your success. Lisa and Mally bring unparalleled expertise and passion to every program.

Lisa Snow

Founder & Personal Trainer

A graduate of NYU with a B.A. Cum Laude in History, and member of the IDEA Health and Fitness Association, Lisa received her trainer certification in 2005 and since then has trained every type of person, from teens to individuals in their 90s, from the chronically ill or disabled to those who just want to take their fitness to the next level. Formerly a gymnast and competitive trampolinist, she understands the art of training as much as the science. And while serious about fitness, she doesn’t believe in being too serious when doing it—because, after all, laughter is the best medicine.

Mally Reber

Personal Trainer

Mally Reber is an experienced personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She’s also a professional dancer, stage manager, and choreographer who has performed across the US and in Europe. She’s best known for starring in the Off Broadway hit musical, Rebirth of Rabbit’s Foot. She’s worked with everyone from dancers, to older adults, to professionals who spend long hours at their desk. She knows firsthand that to be successful at work — from the stage to the corner office — we all need to make self-care a priority.
