What is the difference between regular “Act” and “Fast-Track–Act”?
The main difference is how much your AI solution is customized and can access data and tools – and how it’s hosted.
With regular Act, we connect the solution directly to your existing data pools, systems, and business tools. This enables more integrated workflows, automated data access, and deeper operational use cases. Data can be hosted in the cloud of your choice or on-premises.
With Fast-Track–Act, the solution is designed for faster implementation and works with manual data uploads only. It is ideal when you want to get started quickly without system integrations, while still keeping the option to upgrade to a fully integrated setup later. Data can be hosted in the cloud of your choice.
Do you offer operations and maintenance?
Yes. We support both self-managed and fully managed operating models. We can deploy your AI solution in the environment of your choice, including your cloud, private infrastructure, or our managed setup. After deployment, your team can operate the system independently, or ONTEC AI can manage operations end to end, including monitoring, maintenance, updates, incident support, and ongoing optimization.
