Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed in Error)

  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the URL where it previously appeared
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your location (or where our website operates) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringer Policy

OnStreamPro reserves the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright laws. Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.

Removal or Restoration of Content

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. If a valid counter-notification is received, the content may be restored unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.
