The OnGuard(R) Visitor Self Service (VSS) app from LenelS2 enhances the visitor management capabilities of the OnGuard ecosystem, providing a self-service check-in option for visitors. Once configured and connected to the OnGuard system, the app allows visitors to easily “check in” for pre-registered visits using the barcode provided within their email invitation. Thru the check in process, the visitor can also update their personal details, photo image, and be presented with documents for their review and acceptance. The VSS app will then print a disposable badge/visitor pass to a nearby AirPrint(R) compatible printer to support identification of the visitor. Support for either the front or back cameras of the iPad(R) can be used to capture visitor photos or scan the barcode for efficient check in or out.

Once uploaded, the image can be downloaded to any subsequent Visitor Self Service kiosk, helping administrators deploy multiple sign in locations.
