IT Enabled Medical Referral System through Medical Smart Cards for ONGC beneficiaries for optimization of the medical services can be improved further to the satisfaction of the beneficiaries. This would enable ONGC to serve employees, their dependents and retired employees & their dependents to avail best medical facilities and providing the flexibility of treatment at any of empaneled hospitals of ONGC anywhere in India. Real-time updates will be available as per the admission details, medical diagnosis & clinical status of the patient and can verify the patient electronically.
