View every workout session that you have participated in the ONBEAT system. Data includes your workout times, calories burned, max heart rate and a line graph displaying the intervals of the workout. You can also edit your ONBEAT profile including your name, birthday, weight, gender and heart rate zones. Please note that editing your profile effects how your calories and zones are calculated when you workout at a facility using the ONBEAT Group Heart Rate App. In future versions, you will have the ability to connect your personal heart rate monitor to the ONBEAT Personal App and record your workouts in and out of the gym.
