Donna Caswell Walsh

Bio

I’m the President and Founder of On Track, where my primary goal is to ensure our business runs profitably while helping our clients do the same. With 36 years of experience in construction accounting and project administration, I guide our clients in improving cash flow, boosting profitability, managing assets, and understanding their financial reports, including Work in Progress (WIP). My passion lies in helping businesses reach their goals and thrive.

I’m a Sage 100-certified consultant, and I love seeing the direct impact we have on our clients’ success. There’s nothing more rewarding than knowing I’ve helped a company grow stronger and more efficient.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, hiking, and mountain biking with my husband, Dave. We share a love for adventure and spending time outdoors. I’m a certified diver, love deep-sea fishing, and never miss a chance to explore a good farmers market! We also have a wonderful daughter, son-in-law, and two amazing granddaughters who bring us so much joy.

Samantha Zurita

Bio

As the Vice President at On Track, I lead our operations and drive overall growth while managing our dedicated team. My primary focus is on helping both our company and our clients streamline their operations for enhanced efficiency and profitability. I oversee high-level accounting functions, compile comprehensive financial reports, and collaborate closely with business owners and CPAs. Additionally, I am a certified Sage 100 Contractor consultant, specializing in data migrations and providing software and accounting training.

With over 20 years of experience in business management, including 11 years at On Track, I have dedicated my career to optimizing businesses for success.  My expertise spans all facets of operations, from bookkeeping and complex payrolls to job costing and financial reporting.  I thrive in hands-on environments, often stepping in to help clients restructure their processes on-site. I take pride in establishing effective internal controls, identifying profit losses, and implementing creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.  My passion lies in “saving the day” when challenges arise, ensuring that businesses not only survive but thrive.

When I’m not working, I attend concerts, enjoy the snow, travel, and spend time with my family. I’m also on the regional BNI leadership team, organizing events and helping other groups succeed. Oh, and as a fun fact, I’ve gone skydiving twice!

Faith Hay

Bio

My role at On Track revolves around payroll reviews, union reporting, payroll compliance, and ACA reporting. I ensure our clients stay up-to-date on payroll law updates and comply with certified payroll, prevailing wage, and union requirements. With 8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a focus on human resource management, I help clients navigate complex payroll systems and maximize the potential of Sage 100.

What I love most about my work is creating smooth, efficient workflows that keep everything running accurately. Whether it’s making sure payrolls are in compliance or helping clients leverage technology, I’m passionate about getting things right the first time.

Outside of work, I’m an avid San Francisco Giants fan and love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking or watching my kids play sports and march in the high school band. As a military spouse of 16 years with three boys, I’ve also spent several years fundraising for scholarships for military families. And when I’m not doing all of that, you’ll find me enjoying coffee by the lakes back home in Kentucky!

Marisa Carman

Bio

I’m a Bookkeeper at On Track, where I handle a variety of tasks for our clients, from payroll and accounts payable to reconciling accounts and managing day-to-day transactions. With 7 years at On Track and another decade in administrative roles, I’ve had plenty of experience making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. I also hold an AA degree in accounting, which helps me ensure accuracy and efficiency for our clients.

One of my favorite things about this job is working alongside such an amazing group of women and always having the chance to learn and grow. I love knowing that I play a role in helping our clients keep their businesses running smoothly.

In my free time, I’m all about family. We have two daughters, and love spending time outdoors. We stay pretty active as a family with dance, swimming, and soccer. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Peggy Wilson

Bio

I am one of the Bookkeepers at On Track, where I handle everything from reconciling financials and preparing year-end reports to managing billing and payables for our clients. I work with Sage 100 Contractor and QuickBooks, help clients analyze their financials, and help them with the back-end of running their business. I’ve been with On Track for almost 20 years and have 30 years experience in the industry! 

What I love most about my job is the strong, personal connection I build with clients. I make sure their financials are in order, and I take pride in helping their businesses operate at their best. I’m not just a numbers person—I’m here to make sure my clients feel confident about their financial health.

When I’m not at work, you can find me on the water with my Waverunner, hanging out with my two dogs, or enjoying a good BBQ session with my smoker. I’m also a college football fan (Go Ducks!) and a proud grandmother who loves spending time with my family. Oh, and if you ever want to chat about sports or finances, I’m always up for a good conversation!
