OmniForm Premium 5.0

OmniForm Premium is a legacy Windows application designed to create, convert, and fill electronic forms. It streamlines the process of turning paper or static digital documents into interactive, fillable forms using OCR and automatic field detection. With a drag‑and‑drop form designer, reusable templates, and support for validation rules and basic calculations, it helps organizations standardize form layouts, reduce manual data entry, and improve data quality.
