OMF International (formerly China Inland Mission founded by Hudson Taylor in 1865) is a global Christian mission organization focused on reaching East Asia’s people groups in East Asia and beyond with the gospel of Christ.

Q: What is your mission and vision statement?

Our mission is, “We share the good news of Jesus Christ in all its fullness with East Asia’s peoples to the glory of God.”

Our vision is, “Through God’s grace we aim to see an indigenous biblical church movement in each people group of East Asia, evangelizing their own people and reaching out in mission to other peoples.”

Q: Where in East and Southeast Asia do OMF missionaries serve?

We have workers in many areas including Cambodia, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and The Philippines.

Q: Is missions work with OMF simply church planting?

While church planting is certainly one of the things we do, it’s not the only thing. We also have people working in the areas of business as missions, healthcare missions, Bible translation, college ministries, sports ministries, community development and more.

Q: What opportunities are there to serve among East Asia’s peoples with OMF?
