We highly recommend moving to our WPEngine servers. If you choose to keep your website on your existing servers, we can accommodate you at a small premium of $24.99/mo. This covers the expense of working with a different host panel and a possible cPanel-only experience.
Client-hosted websites are not subject to the $250 migration fee.
Managed WordPress hosting is superior to unmanaged hosting provided by everyday hosting companies. Your business or organization website will benefit from more consistent uptime and security on servers optimized for WordPress. Your WordPress core and PHP versions will receive regular updates as soon as they becoming available. We test your site prior to making updates and can roll back to the latest backup if required. It’s like having a dedicated team monitoring your site 24/7.
WordPress plugins work kind of like apps on your cell phone: when you get that little alert to update to the latest version, don’t ignore it! Doing so can result in partially disabled features, a fully broken site, or worse: a hacked website.
Hackers LOVE websites with outdated plugins because it’s so easy to exploit their security vulnerabilities (just like cell phones and computers).
We monitor your site plugins regularly and make sure they are updated when a new version is released (usually the same day). If a plugin update causes any issues with your website, we instantly (within milliseconds) revert back to the latest website backup so that your site will experience absolutely minimal downtime, sparing you lost customers and lost revenue.
Yes! Olive Branch Digital will manage the migration process from your current hosting provider to our secure servers. We will migrate all posts, pages, users, plug-ins, themes, design, etc.
Our hourly developer rate is $150.00/hr.
Please note that our bundled rate is discounted by 33%! Any design and development work outside of the scope of the time allotted in your monthly care plan will be assessed at our standard hourly rate of $150.00.
In the unlikely event that your website experiences a temporary interruption or any kind of issue impacting your user experience, we can quickly and easily rollback the site to the latest version. Full site backups can be performed on a weekly or daily basis, depending on your plan selection. Please see plans above for backup options!
A one-time $249 Migration & Setup Fee applies to all plans. This fee covers the process of migrating your entire site to our servers, including testing to make sure everything works great! The process typically takes around 48-72 hours to complete once you’ve signed up for your desired plan.
Not at all. Some of our clients prefer to make updates to their own websites and so the benefit of having 24/7 security monitoring, regular plugin updates, and daily backups are all they need.
That said, our bundled development time does come at a great discount from our standard hourly rate, so we recommend purchasing the time if you require development assistance each month.
