How Do I Sign Up for the Olde Brick House Rewards Program?
Sign up here or at the “Sign Up for Rewards” button above. Enter the required information, your referral code if applicable, and click “Create Account.”
How Do I Access My Olde Brick House Rewards Account?
- Download the Olde Brick House app at the links above.
- Click “Sign In.”
- Enter the email address and password associated with your account.

How Do I Earn Olde Brick House Rewards?
Earn points on dine-in purchases in one of two ways.
Allow your bartender or server to scan your mobile app. You can find the scannable code by logging into the Olde Brick House app, selecting the “Rewards” button in the lower left corner of the home screen, and selecting “Scan Rewards Card.”
OR
Provide the email address or phone number associated with your rewards account to your server or bartender, allowing them to manually search for your account.
Please note: you will not earn points on tips, sales taxes, discounts, gift card purchases, or fees.
How are Rewards Points Calculated?
Earn a point for every dollar spent, not including tips, sales taxes, discounts, gift card purchases, or fees.

When Will My Points be Added to My Account?
Earned rewards should appear within 24 hours after the purchase under the “Rewards” section of the Olde Brick House app or on your account.
How Do I Check My Rewards Points Balance?
You can check your current points balance in the Olde Brick House app or by logging into the Olde Brick House rewards site. Select “My Account” in the upper right and choose “Rewards.”
Can I Earn Points When I Purchase Through a Third-Party Delivery Service?
Olde Brick House purchases made through third-party ordering apps or websites, like DoorDash or Uber Eats, do not count toward reward progress. Points are only earned on dine-in orders placed at Olde Brick House locations.
Do Rewards Expire?
Depending on the type of reward, it may have a different expiration date, which you can find listed with each reward in your account. The most common reward, “Earn 100 Points, Get $7 Off a Future Visit,” expires after one year.
How Do I Redeem Rewards?
After providing your bartender or server with your account information, just let them know you’d like to redeem a reward. That reward will be applied to your bill at checkout.
Can I Redeem Multiple Rewards at Once?
Only one reward can be redeemed per order.
How Do I View My Rewards History?
View your reward history in the Olde Brick House app by going to “Rewards,” then “View Details.”

Can I Redeem Rewards for the Same Order I Earned Them?
If your order earns enough points for you to claim a reward, that reward will be available for use on your next order.
