Holmes & Murphy Runner’s Expo At the Garmin Olathe Marathon Event Date: April 23 & 24 Event Location: Ball Event Center Projected Attendance: 4,000+ runners Audience: residents, visitors, and sports enthusiasts The Runner’s Expo is your chance to interact with participants of the Garmin Olathe marathon. Pass out marketing materials, offer promotions, sell products or services, offer samples, and much more. **If sales are made, paperwork from the Kansas Dept. of Revenue for sales tax is required to be submitted to the state of Kansas** Booth Options: Vendor Booth, Corner (limit 2): $600 Non-member / Chamber Member: $500 Premium booth location at packet pick-up (see map attached) 6’ Tables (2) and chairs (2) provided Company logo on Garmin Marathon website Vendor Booth, L-shaped (limit 6): $550 Non-member / Chamber Member: $450 Premium booth set-up at packet pick-up (great for PT set up, see map attached) 6’ Tables (2) and chairs (2) provided Company logo on Garmin Marathon website Vendor Booth, Standard (limit 10: $500 Non-member) / Chamber Member: $400 Booth location at packet pick-up 6’ Table (1) and chairs (2) provided Company logo on Garmin Marathon website NOTE: Please add the appropriate item to your order if you need electricity. Additional Service: Race Bag coupon –$75 A company coupon or flyer will be included in the race bag distributed to all expo attendees. Please ensure your coupon is provided at the Chamber no later than April 10, 2026. The chamber is not responsible for printing the coupon.

Chamber Coffee at FNBO
With more than 100 attendees, the coffees are the largest weekly networking event in the Kansas City metro area. They are held on Thursdays at a different member business or organization each week. Networking begins at 9:00, with a half hour program at 9:30, followed by additional networking for those who want to continue. Guests are welcome!

This year marks the 23rd anniversary of the event, which began in 2003 as the Olathe Marathon.
