The State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) serves as a blueprint detailing the activities planned by the state to achieve its independent living objectives.
The 2025-2027 State Plan for Independent Living has been approved by the Administration for Community Living (ACL).
Centers for Independent Living
Centers for Independent Living (CILs) provide independent living services
for people with disabilities.
CILs are designed and operated by individuals with disabilities.
