The Ohio Plan Management Resources Inc. is a member-driven non-profit company created to provide customized management, training, human resources and cybersecurity programs to our members at no additional cost. All Ohio Plan Risk Management Members automatically become members and receive the included benefits. Non-Ohio Plan Risk Management Inc. members may choose to join at different membership levels.

With over 35 Years of public entity leadership, legal experience and expertise our executive team is composed of both current and former public entity managers, leaders, law directors and legal experts. Our partner organizations are selected from among the best providers and are adept and experienced working with public entities.

The Ohio Plan understands the needs of public entities. Our professional team combines the experience of local government management expertise with the State’s premier insurance and risk management representatives to prepare our Members for the wide variety of issues that confront them.
Partner
The Ohio Plan is governed by Trustees and Directors that serve on the three distinctive Boards that comprise the Plan. The Trustees and Directors are elected to their positions by the Ohio Plan Membership forming the partnership to serve as their representatives. The Board consists of City and Village Managers, Township Administrators, Fiscal Officers, and Special District CFO’s.

The Ohio Plan provides affordable and comprehensive property and liability insurance coverages that are specifically created for public entities in the State of Ohio and are uniquely tailored to the individual Plan Member. This ensures Members are protected from exposure to both unexpected and adverse situations.

The Ohio Plan provides customized management, strategic planning, training, human resources, and cybersecurity programs to all Members at no additional costs. We also offer a wide variety of special consultation services at significantly reduced fees to our Members.
