Saving documents online is becoming more and more popular in recent days. There are easy ways to share or collaborate in writing documents which are available online. Google Docs is probably the best way. If you are Google Docs’ user you will find it a little difficult to edit those documents online. OffiSync was designed to help you manage this task.

This tool makes it easier for you to edit Google Docs, as it bridges this online application with MS Office. Thus, you can edit your Google files using all the functionality of your Office tools. Besides, whenever you require to insert a picture from the Web, you can use the built-in Image Search function to look for a specific image and insert it into your current document.

Once the editing process has finished you can save the file to Google Docs directly, as well as set permissions to grant your Gmail contacts reading and/or writing access. With OffiSync you have the possibility of sharing documents with your friends or co-workers, allowing them to modify the text while you are reading it. Once another user saves the changes, OffiSync notifies you about the changes made and allows you to merge/reject the changes. This is probably the major improvement you will find in this new version of the program.
