Return & Refund Policy
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read through our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order so you know exactly where you stand.
Returns
We accept returns under two circumstances only. If you received a damaged item or if you received the wrong size. If either of these apply to your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and we will guide you through the return process. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong size get in touch with us straight away. Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos of the item. Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only available if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window has passed we are unable to process a refund as your order will already be in preparation or dispatch. If you change your mind or made an error on your order please reach out to us immediately at [email protected] so we can act on it before it ships.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request has been approved the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but we will always action approved refunds on our end as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery. Returns requested outside of the stated conditions will not be approved.
