Introduction of the GLO system to the Polish market
British American Tobacco entrusted us with supporting sales during the launch of the innovative GLO tobacco heating system. The campaign focused on generating high-quality leads — connecting consumers with brand advisors and offering them the opportunity to experience GLO firsthand.
Operating under strict legal regulations, the project demanded precision, creativity, and smart channel selection. Leveraging our nationwide field network, expert advisors, and a dedicated lead collection app, we executed a seamless campaign across 20 of Poland’s largest cities. The initiative continues to fuel GLO’s market growth, setting a benchmark for innovative product launches.

MYSTERY SHOPPER
Mystery shopper survey and evaluation of service standards
One of Poland’s most iconic cosmetic brands, Ziaja, needed a systematic approach to evaluate service quality in its “Ziaja dla Ciebie” stores. The focus: measuring consultant performance, adherence to visual standards, and sales effectiveness.
We implemented a full-scale Mystery Shopper program across 161 locations nationwide. Using auditor rotation, a customized questionnaire, and the MerchMobiler app, Ziaja gained accurate, comparable insights. The resulting reports and recommendations allowed the brand to monitor service quality, elevate standards, and strengthen training initiatives.
EVENT MARKETING
Over 300 Events Organized in a Single Year
In 2024, Tchibo introduced Eduscho — a daring purple brand designed to stand out in the coffee market. We were tasked not only with creating brand awareness but also with maximizing visibility in major retail chains, special events, and public spaces.
Throughout the year, we carried out thousands of tastings, hundreds of events and activations, and employer branding workshops that allowed direct brand experiences for consumers and partners. From planning and logistics to reporting, our comprehensive approach positioned Eduscho as one of the most prominent new coffee brands.

Long-Term Partnership in Field Operations
As a top brand in hair styling and removal appliances, Babyliss needed a trusted partner to deliver seamless event experiences — spanning trade shows, conferences, and retail activations. We oversaw every aspect, from logistics and booth construction to consultant recruitment, training, and full sales and marketing support.
The collaboration included both large-scale industry events and everyday in-store promotions, allowing customers to interact with and test Babyliss products directly. This approach boosted brand visibility, reinforced expert positioning, and delivered tangible sales results..

Comprehensive Post-Merger Asset Audit with AXA
UNIQA, following its merger with AXA, needed a full-scale verification of fixed assets across 46 branches nationwide. We developed and delivered a turnkey inventory solution — from initial audit planning, through meticulous field counts, to precise, client-ready reporting.
14 specialized teams, armed with mobile scanners and a dedicated reporting system, ensured rapid, accurate, and fully scheduled execution. UNIQA gained a complete physical inventory while optimizing human resources and saving time.

Customer Advisors in DIY Retail
Gardena’s peak sales occur in the spring and summer months, making professional customer service and product expertise in DIY and garden center networks essential. Since becoming Gardena’s partner in 2021, we have managed the recruitment, training, and deployment of seasonal sales advisors.
