The OBAP Ascension Program is a new and improved professional development program for college and graduate students, pilots in training, and young professionals looking to launch a successful aerospace career.

This program provides participants access to a vast network of peers and professionals, as well as opportunities to develop professionally in six skill competency areas; Effective Communication, Leadership & Coordination, Financial Responsibility, Community Engagement, Industry Awareness, and OBAP History & Future.

Former OBAP Collegiate Program chapters can transition to an Ascension Program chapter, while colleges and universities without an OBAP chapter can apply for an Ascension Program charter through a provisional chapter process. Additionally, students or young professionals who are not affiliated with a college or university can join the at-large National Chapter or affiliate groups located throughout the country.
