An Enduring Commitment
As a division of Smithers-Oasis, our roots trace back to 1954 when V.L. Smithers created the floral industry’s first water-absorbing floral foam. Fifteen years later, V.L.’s vision for an engineered foam propagation media for plant growers became a reality — and Oasis Grower Solutions was born.
Since then, we’ve grown to become a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of propagation substrates and ancillary products for the global market. From our Research, Innovation & Development (RI&D) facility in Kent, Ohio USA, we remain committed to innovation and solutions that empower growers of all sizes worldwide to succeed.
