Veteran f-listers, try not to faint, and please forgive me for being so absent for so long. RL has often been unkind over the past couple of years - I still love ya all, though I've been absolute crap at showing it.
Anyway, the Daily Snitch led me to a very interesting discussion of Sirius' backstory over at siriushermione, and I'll link to it if I get permission, but the post has been friends-locked off and on so I don't want to link w/o being certain it's okay w/ the OP and the comm first.

I've been seeing people fearlessly post their predictions, theories and thoughts about book 7 around lately and I've decided, on a dull Sunday night, to risk being proved totally wrong, wrong, wrong too.
After reading "Welcome to the Club" , by moondagny in 31_october_days and learning about FMNMAHBBNLMTBROTA, I realized there might well be many such organizations designed to help disowned Blacks make the difficult transition into ex-Black life. I conducted some ... research, and discovered that yes, indeed, there is an entire resource list. I'm posting the list of those organizations I've discovered so far for the ... edification of my flist, but I am certain there may be chapters or clubs or alliances I may not be aware of yet. I'd be very grateful if any of you could add any organizations I may have overlooked - I would like to compile as comprehensive a list of such resources as possible!
